It will be a mix of learning key concepts from Elisa's Intentional Moves book and how to use them with your teacher leaders, as well as weekly problems of practice where we support one another in the successes and challenges of the work we are doing to foster a culture of shared leadership in our schools. Certificate of Participation provided upon completion of course. 10 PDPs for MA educators who engage in 4 additional hours of asynchronous learning.
