Popular 4-session virtual course for any district leader, principal, admin. or instructional coach who leads a team or PD. See below This primer course deep dives into key concepts and moves from the bestselling book, Intentional Moves. By the end of this course you will: ~ learn key concepts of a Skillful Intentional Approach to lead collaboration ~ gain insight into a priority you are currently working towards ~ learn how to navigate the book so that you find what you need ~ network with like-minded team leaders who view collaboration as a means to reach better student outcomes. ~ gain support from Elisa MacDonald and other educators Session 1: Skillfully lead groups of adult learners. Delve into key concepts of Skillful Intentional Leadership. Gain insight into your own approach. Session 2: Lead purposeful collaboration. Obtain effective collaborative inquiry and goal setting tools that make a difference for student-learning. Session 3: Nurture psychological safety. Foster a culture where people feel safe taking learning risks. Session 4: Be a catalyst for change & equity. Tackle resistance, assumptions and bias especially in DEI mission-driven work. Earn 10 DESE PDPs (If licensed in MA) COURSE: $595 per person + purchase book separately. (Inclusive pricing available for individuals who are not reimbursed by their district. Cancellation Policy
No full or partial refunds given if a client cancels or partially attends a service. If Elisa MacDonald, the service provider cancels an event, the cancelled event will be rescheduled. If the client cannot attend the rescheduled event, a refund will be given to the client.
