Choose 6 hour or 12 hour* course. 6 hour course: Oct. 9, 16, 23, 30 (4:00 - 5:30PM EST) $595 pp 12 hour course w/ practice & feedback (Oct. 9, 16, 23, 30 4:00 - 7:00pm EST) $895 pp E-workbook included. Must purchase Intentional Moves book separately. *Pay an ADDITIONAL $125 directly to Worcester State University for 1 graduate credit. Based on the bestselling book, Intentional Moves, this 4-session virtual course deep dives into strategies for navigating resistance to change and managing conflict for any educator who facilitates PD or leads a team. By the end of this course you will: ~ gain insight into your own leadership of adult learners ~ explore the research behind change theory, what happens in the brain when conflict occurs and effective strategies for navigating resistance to change and interpersonal conflict ~ gain strategies for fostering productive conflict to advance team learning ~ learn how to navigate the book so that you find what you need ~ network with like-minded team leaders. *If taking for graduate credit or PDPs we will practice facilitation of leadership strategies and work through problems of practice. Certificate of Participation provided upon completion of course. Elisa is an official Massachusetts PDP provider. Cancellation Policy
No full or partial refunds given if a client cancels or partially attends a service. If Elisa MacDonald, the service provider cancels an event, the cancelled event will be rescheduled. If the client cannot attend the rescheduled event, a refund will be given to the client.
