Service Description

Oct. 26 and Nov. 2, 9, 16, 30. (4 - 6pm ET) (No class Nov. 20) This is a unique opportunity for educators who lead teacher teams to explore key concepts in the bestselling book, Intentional Moves, while getting group coaching as you put the moves into action. Elisa MacDonald supports you week-to-week with a combo of instruction, real-time small group coaching and asynchronous feedback to guide you and give you the attention and support you need to lead your team. For: Any teacher or coach who leads a team or any administrator who supports teacher leaders and coaches. All levels of experience welcome! Five 2-hour synchronous classes with group coaching led by Elisa MacDonald, bestselling author & consultant. During this course you will: *Engage and apply the key concepts of a Skillful Intentional Approach. *Create and get weekly feedback on team plans, agendas, goals/inquiry questions. * Learn specific, timely moves that will help you lead with intention and navigate hurdles that come your way. COST: $795 per person + purchase book separately. (Inclusive pricing available for educators who are not reimbursed by their district. Email skillfulteamleader@gmail.com) Earn 10 DESE PDPs (If licensed in MA) Certificate of Participation provided upon completion of course. Elisa is an official Massachusetts PDP provider. Please note, based on IRS guidelines, Elisa MacDonald does not issue 1098-T, Tuition Statements. Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received. No refunds. Cancellation Policy

No full or partial refunds given if a client cancels or partially attends a service. If Elisa MacDonald, the service provider cancels an event, the cancelled event will be rescheduled. If the client cannot attend the rescheduled event, a refund will be given to the client.
