Four 1.5 hour synchronous classes with asynchronous support between sessions led by Elisa MacDonald, bestselling author & consultant. Participants dig into key concepts of a Skillful Intentional Approach to lead collaboration and prepare for a strong start to the school year! Session 1: Skillfully lead groups of adult learners. Delve into key concepts of Skillful Intentional Leadership. Gain insight into your own approach. Session 2: Lead purposeful collaboration. Obtain effective collaborative inquiry and goal setting tools that make a difference for student-learning. Session 3: Nurture a culture of trust. Foster psychological safety so people feel safe taking learning risks. Learn moves to manage conflict. Session 4: Be a catalyst for change & equity. Tackle resistance, assumptions and bias especially in DEI mission-driven work. In this course you can expect to: • Gain support between sessions from Elisa and other course participants. • Network with like-minded team leaders who view collaboration as a means to reach better student outcomes. • Earn 10 DESE PDPs (If licensed in MA) COST: To ensure price is not a barrier to participation, Tiered pricing is available. Cancelation Policy
No full or partial refunds given if a client cancels or partially attends a service. If Elisa MacDonald, the service provider cancels an event, the cancelled event will be rescheduled. If the client cannot attend the rescheduled event, a refund will be given to the client.
