March 2, 16, 30 April 13 This 4-week interactive virtual course with asynchronous learning between sessions is led by Elisa B. MacDonald, author and consultant. Participants dig into the key concepts of a skillful intentional approach to leadership and apply learning to their own settings. (Graduate credit is not yet available at this time.) For: Any educator who currently leads a team. All levels of experience welcome! Book: Each participant must purchase their own individual copy of Intentional Moves. Book cost is not included in the course price. During this course you can expect to: • Make connections with other leaders and build a support network. • Tune in to your own skillful intentional approach to leading. • Get leadership support from bestselling author, Elisa MacDonald. • Laugh and experience joyful learning. We have a good time! At the end of this course you will be able to: • View teams through a dual lens and apply to a team you lead or participate in. • Explain at least 1 essential understanding about group psychology, peer leadership or adult learners and apply to a real situation. • Apply your expertise in leading students, appropriately to adult learners. • Identify your Primary Intention as you lead. • Gain numerous practical moves and tools to use when leading a team. • Apply all that you have learned by assessing one team meeting using the Team Function Impact Matrix through one Primary Intention. Syllabus will be emailed to you with registration confirmation and can be used as documentation to get reimbursement from your district. Certificate of Participation provided upon completing the course. Elisa is an official Massachusetts PDP provider. Graduate credit, not associated with a degree program, is not currently available for this course. *Please note, based on IRS guidelines, Elisa MacDonald does not issue 1098-T, Tuition Statements.
