Service Description
"Elisa is tough and kind at the same time. There's no doubt she's going to push the work when the work needs a good shove, but she manages to do so with grace, twinkly humor and above all, an unwavering belief that we have the potential to get it right." - Lisa Lineweaver., Principal (Former Director of Accelerated Improvement) "Elisa's work IS the foundation of the support and training we provide to T3 Teacher Leaders. She joined Teach Plus to work with our first six schools in Boston and almost immediately started thinking about what systems we needed to build to support Teacher Leaders and began creating those systems and resources. That foundation grew to include support for coaches and principals. At every step, she kept us focused on what would change teacher practice and improve student outcomes. Her impact is evident in the language we use every day, the framework of support we provide, and in the success of our partner schools. We are incredibly grateful for the legacy she has left and look forward to continuing to use her lens of ongoing innovation and evolution as we move ahead." - Meghan O'Keefe, Vice President of Programs Teach Plus Elisa partners with leadership teams through 4 half-day workshops or 2 full-day workshops to develop a clear, actionable vision for teaching and learning grounded in shared values and guiding principles. Her collaborative process honors the strengths already present in your district while creating space to examine where current practices don't yet meet your aspirations. By engaging leaders in meaningful dialogue—and incorporating the voices of teachers, students, and families when appropriate—your team develops a vision that reflects your community and inspires lasting commitment. Because leaders create it together, they leave with deep ownership of both the process and the outcomes. Your leadership team will leave with: *A clear, cohesive vision for teaching and learning rooted in shared values and guiding principles. *A practical set of guiding principles with examples of what they look like in practice. *Greater alignment around instructional priorities and decision-making. *A renewed sense of purpose, trust, and collective responsibility for improving teaching and learning.
