Each retreat is highly customized to meet your needs and goals. Elisa will invest time interviewing and/or surveying team members and observing a team meeting when possible. To foster deep ownership, Elisa also provides an option of working with your planning subcommittee to help design and implement the retreat. 1 day, 2 day or 3 day customized retreats are available based on the goals for your leadership team.
