Duration: 3 months Description of Service: 3-month cycle includes three pre-recorded video observations provided by the client (up to 1.5 hours each), three virtual debriefs (up to 1.5 hours each) using MacDonald's Indicators of a High-Functioning, High-Impact team, documentation of evidence-based leadership growth. In-person observations are also an option.
