Elisa will work alongside your district and school leadership teams to clarify your goals, bring in stakeholders, develop your ideas and write your vision into a persuasive grant proposal that your team is deeply invested in. Your team finds the grant; Elisa guides a meaningful process. Elisa has helped schools secure funding for teacher leadership initiatives and state-funded school improvement grants. The number of workshops you'll need is dependent on the number of people on your leadership team and the length of the grant you are writing. Past proposals with teams of up to 50 people have been accomplished in four half-day workshops plus additional editing hours.
