All levels of experience with team leadership welcome! This course is taught by Elisa and limited in size to foster a tight-knit community. Day 1: Foundations and Essential Understandings Delve into key concepts such as the 4 types of teams, essential understandings about leading groups of adult learners, and setting primary intentions for your work. Day 2: Dig-in to Primary Intentions #1-4. Learn moves that will help you optimize learning conditions, establish expectations and responsibilities, nurture community and trust and gain tools for designing purposeful meetings. Day 3: Dig-in to Primary Intentions #5 and 9. Dig into moves that will help you manage conflict and navigate resistance. Day 4: Dig-in to Primary Intention #10 Recognize the key indicators for Quadrant 1 teams! Cert. of Participation provided upon completion of course.
