Service Description

3/7, 3/14, 3/21 (4:30 - 6:00PM ET) Limited enrollment. “Diversity always delivers better outcomes, but only if the team can manage the differences.” -Bo Hanson (p.248 Intentional Moves) In this 3-session course (90 min each session) we will deep-dive into the Intentional Moves book, Primary Intention #5. You will gain understanding of different types of conflict, what fuels each type, and try leadership moves you to ensure your team learns. Earn 10 DESE PDPs (If licensed in MA) Inclusive pricing+ purchase book separately. Suggested - $349 Low budget schools - $249 Individual who is not reimbursed - $149 *Regardless of what you pay, you receive same level of support. All participants MUST purchase own copy of book, Intentional Moves. Participants seeking PDPs are required to complete an additional 4 asynchronous hours over the duration of the course. Please note, based on IRS guidelines, Elisa MacDonald does not issue 1098-T, Tuition Statements. Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received. No refunds. Cancellation Policy

No full or partial refunds given if a client cancels or partially attends a service. If Elisa MacDonald, the service provider cancels an event, the cancelled event will be rescheduled. If the client cannot attend the rescheduled event, a refund will be given to the client.
